Admin Manager in Overseas Education – will responsible for – clear the client inquiries regarding medical education abroad. Followups the admission process and submit the daily report to the higher official.
Responsibilities and Duties
Provide information about overseas education to students and parents.
Handling emails/calls/direct inquiries.
Regular update about university fee, admission process, and country which we are offering.
Updating the comments of the follow up done with students in a spreadsheet.
Provide update information to branch and franchise office.
Managing Day to Day operation updates the information in a spreadsheet.
Regular check up with application status of admission & follow-ups – offer letters and follow-up with the students for payment of University fee.
Inform and update the daily report to a higher official.
Reporting the day activities to Higher official regularly
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Experienced or Fresher’s with excellent Academics track record and good Communication Skills with Pleasing Personality
Organizational Ability and a good team player.
Should be a quick learner and should be able to do multi-task. Must have knowledge in MS- office.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
